I Know New Energy Codes

I’m trained in building science and make it my business to stay informed. Let me help you figure out the building envelope, mechanical systems, and other high performance aspects of the building. Sustainable construction is the way of the future but it can be tricky to work through the details. I will not throw a plan set at you and say, “build it!” This is a collaborative process. You will be involved from the schematic design phase (I encourage clients to pay for your consulting time) and I’ll be available throughout construction to strategize solutions to the inevitable questions and decisions.

I Value Consistent Communication

Projects can quickly go off the rails when there is a lack of communication. I like to take that risk out of the equation. I make it a priority to respond to all questions and/or issues quickly and comprehensively, so we can keep things moving along.

Want Legible Drawings?

You won’t have to decipher confusing drawings because you’ll have a legible drawing set to build from. When you need answers to help you move forward with the project, you can rely on my detailed and straight-forward records to provide the information you need.
